Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and proficient with hand and power tools in a safe manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include interpreting work orders, measuring accurately, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions.
• Comfort with hand and power tools and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire rope and cable per work orders and specifications.
• Measure, cut, splice, swage, and terminate products.
• Install fittings and hardware; operate related equipment.
• Inspect products for quality and communicate issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow PPE rules.
