Qualifications

5+ years of related experience or an Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant job experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, wire lists, and formboards.

Responsibilities

Manufacture and rework wiring harnesses of various sizes and complexities.
Build complex electrical components with minimal instructions.
Assist in root cause analysis and repair of components returned from testing or field use.
Provide feedback to engineering teams on new assembly processes and designs.
Balance multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities efficiently.
