Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, wire lists, and formboards.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture and rework wiring harnesses of various sizes and complexities.
- Build complex electrical components with minimal instructions.
- Assist in root cause analysis and repair of components returned from testing or field use.
- Provide feedback to engineering teams on new assembly processes and designs.
- Balance multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities efficiently.

As a Harness Technician, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting the Prototyping team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for electrical systems, which will align successfully in the organization.
