Responsibilities

  • Apply terminals using termination equipment per production docs and standards.
  • Apply terminals manually with appropriate tools.
  • Inspect work to ensure it meets production standards.
  • Prepare wires and cables for production per documentation.
  • Control equipment and materials properly.
  • Detect and report equipment malfunctions promptly to management.
  • Complete production documentation per standards.
  • Notify management of material defects.
  • Use tools and equipment properly to minimize downtime and tool breakage.
  • Manage own workload for maximum efficiency.
  • Adhere to ISO requirements in the work area.
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
