Applicants should have manufacturing experience, basic electronics/wiring exposure, and the ability to read assembly diagrams. High school diploma required, on-site work in Streetsboro, OH with tools like calipers/cable testers.

Qualifications

• Work in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electronics or wiring preferred.
• Ability to read and follow simple assembly diagrams and procedures.
• Ability to use basic electronic test tools such as continuity/cable testers.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Good eyesight and small-parts handling capability.
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits of small parts into electronic assemblies following instructions.
• Perform final assembly of wire harnesses from sub-assemblies per procedures.
• Sort, label, package assemblies and harnesses.
• Own the quality of your work output and maintain a clean work area.
• Care, lubrication, and cleaning of hand tools.
• Provide feedback to supervisors to improve quality and efficiency.
