Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems, LLC. is seeking a Wiring Assembler for the 2nd shift to bind wires into wire harnesses, reading wiring schemes and using sleeves, cable ties, and conduits. You will inspect parts and perform quality control tests to ensure reliable assemblies.

Applicants should have manufacturing/wiring experience, the ability to read simple diagrams, and familiarity with basic test and measuring tools, aiming for high-quality workmanship in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Work in a manufacturing environment with electronics or wiring.
• Ability to read and follow simple wiring diagrams and procedures.
• Ability to use simple electronic test tools (continuity, cable testers).
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits of small parts into electronic assemblies using instructions and hand tools.
• Final assembly of wire harnesses from sub-assemblies following procedures.
• Sort, label and package electronic assemblies and harnesses.
• Maintain quality of work output and clean work area.
• Provide feedback to supervisors to improve quality and efficiency.
