Job summary

CRISTEK INTERCONNECTS INC in North Billerica, MA seeks a Production Lead to oversee a small team on the production floor, ensuring on-time assembly of wire harnesses and cable assemblies while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate daily tasks, review performance, and drive continuous improvement, with strong collaboration with the Production Manager to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing environment.
• Electro-Mechanical assembly experience is required.
• Strong crimping, connectorization, and soldering skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train new production staff and provide ongoing coaching to existing employees to enhance skills and productivity.
• Train assigned staff in the use of equipment and following processes.
• Address attendance and performance issues with Production Supervisor or Production Manager.
• Collaborate with Production Manager and Supervisor on performance reviews.
• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities of assigned staff.
• Ensure production schedules, goals, and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor production performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Identify areas of improvement and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
