Cristek Interconnects, Inc. is seeking a Production Lead to coordinate daily manufacturing on the production floor. You will oversee a team of 4–6 assemblers, manage schedules, and troubleshoot issues to meet targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will monitor inventories, enforce safety protocols, organize daily team huddles, and collaborate with supervisors to drive continuous improvement and on-time delivery for customer products.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing.
• Electro-Mechanical assembly experience.
• Strong crimping, connectorization, and soldering skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail is critical and required for this position.

Responsabilités

• Train new production staff and provide ongoing coaching to enhance skills and productivity.
• Train assigned staff in equipment use and processes.
• Address attendance and performance issues with supervisor or manager.
• Collaborate on assembler performance reviews with management.
• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure schedules and goals are met efficiently.
• Monitor quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Lead daily E3 Huddle for team and escalate issues as needed.
• Read customer drawings and routers to manufacture wire harnesses and cables.
• Perform cable/wire harness assembly with tools and measuring devices.
• Conduct in-process inspections and troubleshooting of subassemblies.
