Cristek Interconnects, Inc. is seeking a Production Lead to organize daily manufacturing operations, supervise 4–6 assemblers, and drive on-time delivery with a focus on safety and quality.

The role involves coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and resolving issues on the floor to maintain optimal productivity. You will oversee training, enforce processes, and collaborate with the Production Supervisor to review performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing environment
• Electro-Mechanical assembly experience
• Strong crimping, connectorization, and soldering skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail is critical and required for this position

Responsibilities

• Train and coach production staff to enhance skills and productivity
• Supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff
• Address attendance and performance issues with supervisors/managers
• Collaborate on performance reviews for assemblers
• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met on time
