What you'll be doing

You'll work with your hands every day — assembling wire and cable harnesses used across a range of industries. Think of it as building the nervous system of machines and equipment. You'll work at a bench with tools, components, and step-by-step instructions in front of you. Over time, you'll get faster, more confident, and more skilled.
Day to day, you can expect to:

• Follow written work instructions and visual guides to assemble components
• Inspect your own work to make sure it meets quality standards
• Set up your workstation with the right tools and parts before each build
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Learn and apply quality standards as you go (we'll train you on these)
• Ask questions and flag anything that doesn't look right
• Work alongside experienced assemblers who are there to help you grow
