• You read and follow written instructions carefully.
• You’re comfortable doing focused, detail-oriented work with your hands.
• You ask questions when something isn’t clear and show desire to learn and improve over time.

Responsibilities

• Follow written work instructions and visual guides to assemble components
• Inspect your own work to ensure quality
• Set up your workstation with the right tools and parts before each build
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Learn and apply quality standards (training provided)
• Ask questions and flag anything that doesn’t look right
• Work alongside experienced assemblers who will help you grow
