Take part in all stages of production to meet quality, delivery, and customer requirements
Build wire harnesses and cable assemblies to a high standard, and keep growing your technical skills
Inspect work and identify non-conforming products and processes
Handle the different material types issued to production
Track your work against project timelines to support on-time delivery
Make sure tools and equipment are working properly
Help keep the work area safe and organized
Collaborate with teammates, show leadership, and support team development
Take on other projects and tasks as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, understand, and write work instructions in English
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Experience in wire harness production, aerospace manufacturing, or a similar field
Working knowledge of soldering, wire crimping, and test equipment
High school diploma or GED
You have experience building wire harnesses and cable assemblies. You can read and write technical instructions in English. You thrive in team environments and meet strict deadlines
