Join a stable, full-time position within a collaborative team of skilled assemblers.
Temperature Specialists, Inc. is a manufacturer of custom, high-accuracy temperature sensors used in industrial and laboratory applications worldwide. We are hiring a Wire Harness Assembler to join our Leads Department — a team of 4 to 7 assemblers responsible for producing the precision wire lead assemblies that go into every sensor we make.
In this production assembly role, you will cut, strip, twist, tin, and solder individual wire leads using both automated equipment and hand tools, and perform close detail work under a microscope. The wire lead assemblies you produce feed directly into our downstream sensor assembly departments. This is steady, focused work that rewards people who take pride in consistent, accurate output. No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive in-house training. A background in assembly, electronics, wire work, or any detail-oriented manufacturing is a plus.
This role is a good fit for someone who likes focused, hands-on work and finds satisfaction in producing something tangible and precise. You'll be part of a team, but much of the day-to-day work is individual — stripping, tinning, soldering, and inspecting leads with care. If you've enjoyed detailed hand work in any context — whether in electronics, crafts, previous assembly jobs, or similar — this is a role worth considering.
