Job summary

UFP Industries' Wire Harness Division is seeking motivated General Laborers to support assembly operations, inspections, packaging and production tasks on the line. Employees will contribute to quality, safety and meeting production goals while working in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in wire harness assembly.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harness components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Route, cut, label, bundle, and organize wiring components.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, assembly equipment, and testing devices as trained.
• Prepare completed products for packaging and shipment.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Accurately complete production documentation and quality records.
• Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and work instructions.
• Assist with material movement, inventory organization, and production support activities.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors, team leaders, and fellow employees to meet production goals.
• Performs other duties as required
