Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare wires and strip to required lengths; assemble wire harnesses per schematics.
• Perform crimping, soldering, and connector attachment; ensure proper routing and packaging.
• Conduct functional tests on harnesses and document results.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, ESD standards, and maintain a clean workstation.
• Collaborate with production teammates and report quality or safety concerns.
• Assist with inventory of wires, connectors, and harness components.
