Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking General Laborers for its Wire Harness Division. You will assist with assembly operations, quality inspections, packaging, and general production support while upholding safety, quality, teamwork, and punctuality.

You’ll perform repetitive assembly tasks, handle wiring components, and maintain organized work areas to help meet production goals. Prior experience in wire harness assembly is preferred, and candidates must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for assembly tasks.
• Experience in wire harness assembly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harness components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Route, cut, label, bundle, and organize wiring components.
• Operate hand tools, assembly equipment, and testing devices as trained.
• Prepare completed products for packaging and shipment.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and work instructions.
• Assist with material movement, inventory organization, and production support activities.

Job SummaryThe Wire Harness Division is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This position supports the production of wire harness assemblies by assisting with assembly operations, quality inspections, packaging, and general production support activities.
