Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Wire Harness Assembly to join our West Burlington, IA production team. This first-shift role focuses on hands-on assembly, following detailed instructions to build reliable wire harnesses.

You will prepare, route, and connect wires, inspect finished work for defects, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures are required to meet quality standards. Compensation starts at $15/hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and written quality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate connections, routing, and workmanship.
• Comfort working with small parts and performing repetitive assembly tasks with consistency.
• Basic understanding of safe shop practices and willingness to follow all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harness components by following detailed work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.
• Prepare, route, and connect wires and terminals to ensure proper fit, alignment, and secure assembly.
• Inspect assembled harnesses for defects, correct routing, and workmanship quality before completion.
• Perform basic rework or corrections when issues are identified, following established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe, efficient production.
