Qualified Staffing in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring assemblers for first shift (Mon-Thu, 10-hour days) at $18/hr+. No experience? No problem—the company will train you to build a skilled trade and a real career in manufacturing.

You'll work at a bench assembling wire and cable harnesses, following written instructions, inspecting your work, and keeping a clean, organized workstation. Growth is encouraged and supported by experienced teammates.

Qualifications

• You don’t need prior experience; training is provided.
• Able to read and follow written instructions.
• Detail-oriented with hands-on, bench-work skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire and cable harnesses following written work instructions.
• Inspect your own work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Set up your workstation with the right tools and parts for each build.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized at all times.
• Learn and apply quality standards as you go through training.
