Adecco Staffing is hiring for an Assembler in the North Canton area of Canton, OH. Three shift options are available: Mon-Thurs 6a-4:30p, Mon-Fri 6a-2:30p, or Mon-Fri 2p-10:30p, with pay ranging from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.

The position involves building and wiring harnesses, reading drawings, measuring lengths, and basic troubleshooting. High school diploma and 1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, schematics.
• Experience using measurement and hand tools.
• Basic troubleshooting of assembly issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble wire cabling and harnesses for automotive, aerospace, solar and healthcare.
• Wire stripping, crimping, adding connectors.
• Read and understand drawings, blueprints, schematics.
• Measure wires to length and verify using tools.
• Troubleshoot and solve basic assembly issues.
• Use measurement tools to check accuracy.
