Job summary

Hire Sync is seeking an entry-level assembler in Richfield, OH to learn wiring harness assembly in a clean, air‑conditioned environment. This role offers a 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with a 6:30 AM start, giving you hands-on experience with electrical components.

Qualifications

• Great attendance and reliability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with small parts and basic hand tools.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful, but wire harness experience is not required.
• Consistent Monday–Friday work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small wire harnesses and electrical components
• Connect, wrap, crimp, strip, and label wires
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment
• Follow work instructions to complete assemblies accurately
• Inspect your work for quality and consistency
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Sit or stand at your workstation based on the task
