Job summary

Design Ready Controls, located in Minnesota, seeks a Wire Harness Assembler to build wire harnesses, read schematics, and work from BOMs to produce quality electrical assemblies. You will crimp terminals, follow engineering documentation, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role supports 1st and 2nd shifts, requires a high school diploma and basic measurement-tool proficiency, and emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to read and understand English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (tape measure, ruler, etc.).
• Experience in ISO environment preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English clearly.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build wire harnesses from documentation.
• Crimp terminals on wires.
• Read and use bills of materials and wire lists.
• Assemble harnesses on boards using schematics and part numbers.
• Identify issues and work with engineering to resolve them.
• Document QC and problem resolutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Support 5S and Lean activities and process improvements.
