Alliance Industrial Solutions in Ravenna, OH is seeking an Entry-Level Assembly Associate – Wire Harness for the 3rd shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM). This on-site role pays $17.00 per hour in a clean, safety-focused facility.

No prior manufacturing experience is required, and you will assemble wire harnesses using simple instructions in a fast-paced environment. You will perform hands-on assembly tasks, inspect products, maintain a safe workstation, and have a direct path from temporary to permanent

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• No prior assembly or factory experience needed.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling small parts.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses
• Install tubing, fittings, connectors, and related parts
• Follow clear written and visual work instructions
