Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree and 2 years experience required.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and interrogate data.

Aufgaben

• 50% - Process wires and ACH, establish ACH Originators, monitor FRB cash balance, and handle currency/coin orders.
• 15% - Provide cross-functional support to staff and customers and cover for teammates.
• 15% - Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations and ensure compliance in wire/ACH processing.
• 10% - Meet service levels and maintain accuracy under normal conditions.
• 5% - Develop/update procedures; assist with training and onboarding.
• 5% - Other duties as assigned.
