Professional Plastics, Inc. in Texas seeks a Manufacturing Production Coordinator to manage WIP orders, read shop prints, and track materials and time per operation, coordinating with machinists, purchasing, sales, and suppliers.

You will provide clerical and administrative support to the Production Manager and warehouse, ensure accurate job details, and help maintain productivity and document control in a fast-paced plastics environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role within plastics distribution preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with SYSPRO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process WIP orders in SYSPRO; read prints, breakdown materials, adjust usage and time per operation, and receipts.
• Resolve inventory and discrepancy issues promptly.
• Provide clerical and admin support to Production Manager and warehouse.
• Provide timely feedback on progress or issues to Production Manager.
• Ensure project documentation and input accuracy by operations and machinists.
• Maintain focus on accurate job processing and problem resolution.
