Job summary

Eckerd Connects is seeking a driven individual to recruit participants in the community, manage participant records, and deliver training in software and readiness skills. A valid driver’s license and experience with the target population are preferred.

Responsibilities include outreach to employers, data management, and ongoing program support to help youth and adults succeed in the workforce.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Past experience working with the targeted population; 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications or online database tracking systems.
• Must have valid state driver's license and be able to drive for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Outreach/Recruitment through community activities; assess eligibility of participants per project plan.
• Maintain case records detailing service needs and activities per data-management procedures.
• Deliver skills training in software, work readiness, basic math/reading; develop presentation and facilitation skills.
• Engage with employers and community organizations to market the program and participants' success.
• Identify and recruit target population of clients and employers; manage data and paperwork.
