Job summary

The incumbent will work under CCPE leadership, advising students on referrals, ITA/CRITTA, and enrollment procedures, while coordinating with Registration, Finance, and Marketing to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in one of the student services program areas or related field.
• A master's degree in a job-related field may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary CCPE contact and program resource for WIOA/WIB.
• Explain and interpret CCPE program requirements and enrollment procedures with WIOA/WIB offices across CA.
• Advise current and future WIOA students on referrals, program plans, ITA/CRITTA, start/end dates, registration forms.
• Collaborate with CCPE departments including Registration and Finance to ensure accurate enrollments.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop clear and timely communications for WIOA students.
