Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about career center services.
• Interview applicants for career and training services.
• Gather and scan eligibility documents to process WIOA applications.
• Explain eligibility requirements, application details, payment methods, and rights.
• Lead career resource room attendant to assist customers.
• Refer applicants to other agencies for assistance.
• Contact employers to verify employment and record follow-up services.
• Schedule weekly WIOA orientations.
• Refer applicants to job openings and assist with job applications.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
