Ice Castles, LLC is seeking a Ticketing Supervisor to oversee 15–20 event staff in the ticketing office during the winter season. The role focuses on smooth check-in, cash handling, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will train staff, manage scheduling with the Event Manager, and ensure proper handling of discounts and electronic tickets. Full-time hours December through season, with evenings and weekends required; starting pay is $20 per hour, plus end-of-season

• Must work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Mansioni

• Assist Event Manager with hiring and training of all ticketing staff.
• Provide training for ticket scanning, cash handling, and resolve any challenges that may arise.
• Facilitate the top-notch guest experience by overseeing the smooth and safe running of the ticketing office.
• Keep constant communication with Event Manager to ensure discounts and coupons are following proper redemption procedures and electronic ticket issues are documented and resolved.
• Lead the ticketing staff with a positive and enthusiastic approach in all aspects of guest interaction at all times.
• Support the Event Manager with scheduling of box office to ensure proper coverage and staff utilization for the delivery of excellent guest service.
