Job summary

Mt. La Crosse in La Crosse, WI seeks friendly staff for the ticket desk to greet guests and guide them through purchases of tickets and rentals. The position requires strong communication and a team-oriented mindset, with flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts during the ski season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests to handle their inquiries.
• Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to lift, sit, and stand for long periods.
• Able to work independently and function as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions, process ticket and rental sales, and ensure each guest enjoys a smooth, welcoming experience at the ticket desk.
• Offer flexible shifts during the day, evening, and weekends (typical 5–8 hours).
• Contribute to a positive guest experience and efficient service at the front of house.
