Job summary

Prescription Landscape, Inc. seeks a Snow and Ice Crew Member to clear sidewalks and entrances, apply deicers, and protect people and property during winter events. You will follow the site plan and Crew Lead direction, reporting hazards and ensuring safe access.

This role involves outdoor work in cold conditions and requires teamwork and reliability. Responsibilities include operating snow removal equipment after training, maintaining tools and logs, and communicating any safety concerns

Qualifications

• Understand and follow site maps, work tickets, and routes.
• Communicate obstacles and safety concerns clearly.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Operate standard winter-site equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Shovel, scrape, sweep, and clear pedestrian areas to required width and standard.
• Apply deicing materials at directed rates and locations.
• Operate snowblowers, sidewalk tractors, Ventrac SSVs, Snowrators, spreaders.
• Complete detail and cleanup around entrances, ramps, stairs, hydrants, and drains.
• Follow Crew Lead instructions and report issues promptly.
