Job summary

Prescription Landscape, Inc. is seeking a Snow and Ice Crew Member to clear sidewalks and access routes during winter events, following site plans and Crew Lead directions. You will apply deicing materials, operate snow equipment after training, and report hazards to ensure safe access.

You will work outdoors in Minnesota weather, perform pre-use checks, wear PPE, and maintain clean, ready-to-deploy tools and areas. Dependable attendance and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow site maps, work tickets, route plans, safety information, weather-response instructions, and verbal direction.
• Dependable attendance and ability to respond within call-in and event-readiness expectations.
• Ability to use a mobile device and company systems for time, work-ticket, material, photo, issue, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Shovel, scrape, sweep, and clear assigned pedestrian areas to the required width and service standard.
• Apply approved deicing materials at directed rates; avoid waste and damage to surfaces.
• Operate snow removal equipment after training and authorization.
• Record time and service information; provide notes or photos when required.
• Communicate obstacles or issues to the Crew Lead and stay at the site until released.
