Job summary

Sugarbush Resort in Vermont is seeking seasonal ski and ride instructors for the Sugarbush Ski and Ride School. You will join a team of top educators and a dedicated training staff to develop both personally and professionally.

The role starts at $18 per hour with full- and part-time options, and a minimum schedule of 20 days for the winter season. Responsibilities include teaching children, ensuring safety, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience with teaching/coaching or ski/snowboard instruction.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety on varied terrain in winter conditions.
• Instruct and guide children in lessons per the Instructor Guide.
• Assist with child check-in, equipment fitting, and area cleanliness.
• Communicate lesson content and progress with guardians.
• Ensure children are returned to their guardians safely.
• Work duties include assisting lift attendants as needed.
