Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a social services field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the winter shelter program in two County locations (Newport and Lincoln City) ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate with churches, non-profits, and community organizations to provide essential services and supplies.
• Develop policies and procedures for shelter operations, intake, referral, case management, crisis intervention, and exit planning.
• Monitor outcomes, collect data, and prepare reports and recommendations.
