Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for bar guests and servers.
• Money handling.
• Operate Point of Sale.
• Adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; suggesting menu items; explaining the lunch specials and answering food and alcohol preparation questions.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Complete open and closing duties; including stocking and prep for bar area.
• General cleanliness of bar/restaurant area.
