Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience required.
• 2 years in retail/rental experience preferred.
• 2 years resort management experience.
• Knowledge and passion for snowsports.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of high-volume seasonal rental operation.
• Lead a team of up to 50 frontline staff and a leadership team of 5-6.
• Provide guest-focused service and maintain strong guest experience.
• Develop training plans and coach staff.
• Coordinate with other departments and events.
