Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service or ticket sales
• Must communicate fluently in English
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Basic computer proficiency including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Adherence to safety standards and procedures

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional guest service with personalized interactions
• Lead daily operations across multiple departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Coach the team to reflect resort brand and culture across the guest journey
• Open and close procedures, real-time decision-making, and service flow oversight
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment
• Maintain knowledge of resort products, policies, and operations
• Collaborate with resort departments to address operational needs
• Support training and knowledge sharing within the team
• Provide timely feedback and celebrate strong performance
• Ensure spaces are prepared and secured for PSS locations
