Job summary

This hands-on internship provides exposure to major capital projects and ongoing improvements within a manufacturing setting. You will work with the engineering team to gain practical experience, develop technical documentation, and contribute to cross-functional problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prior internship or hands-on experience in a manufacturing or processing environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct tests and collect data to support process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of tasks related to significant capital projects, including equipment installations, process improvements, and facility upgrades.
