Everett High School in Everett, Massachusetts, seeks Winter Percussion Instructors to support Grades 9-12 in the World Champion Winter percussion program. Instructors will help students develop percussion and performance skills during the winter months.

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience teaching Percussion.
• Ability to stay organized in order to plan events, and assist the Winter Percussion Ensemble.
• Knowledge of Percussion techniques and pedagogy as well as modern Percussion performance practices.

Job Title: Winter Percussion Instructors for Winter Percussion Ensemble

Position Type: Percussion Instructors

Job Summary: Percussion Instructor for the World Champion Winter percussion program for Grades 9-12 will provide current percussion students with additional opportunities to develop their percussion and performance skills during the Winter Months.

4 Percussion Instructors

Stipend: $2,097 each

• Assist with recruiting students to enroll in the program - group lessons, sectionals, or individual
• Plan and deliver programmatic curriculum
• Assist with administrative duties such as organizing apparel orders and distribution, scheduling ensemble performance, family outreach, Teach Drummers to drum

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience teaching Percussion
