SNS HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital is seeking Fall/Winter 2026 graduate nurses to transition into RN roles. You may start as a Nurse Extern II in your last semester and move to RN after licensure, with a night schedule option and sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Licensure as an RN in the state of practice is required, BLS is required, and a BSN is preferred. The role is based in Sheboygan, WI, with opportunities across the HSHS system.

Pay Range: $36.50 - $55.50 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Education Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
