Job summary

Crystal Mountain in Washington is seeking a Grounds & Facilities Attendant for seasonal work. You’ll help keep the base area clean and welcoming, perform routine patrols, and support snow removal to ensure guest pathways stay clear and safe in winter conditions.

The role requires skiing or snowboarding at an intermediate level, physical stamina for manual labor, and the ability to operate snow removal equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience skiing or snowboarding at an intermediate level.
• Able to perform physical labor including extended snow shoveling.
• Capable of operating snow removal equipment such as snow blowers.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Customer-friendly with guest service mindset.
• Willing to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• General Lodge Maintenance: keep base areas clean and presentable.
• Snow Removal Operations: clear walkways and steps, spread ice melt.
• Safety and Compliance: follow safety protocols for snow removal and report hazards.
• Other duties as assigned.
