King Pine Ski Area is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Lift Operations Supervisor to lead our winter lift operations team. This position oversees daily lift operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and welcoming service for guests.

The ideal candidate is a strong team leader who enjoys outdoor work, thrives in changing winter conditions, and works alongside the team to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous ski area, lift operations, outdoor recreation, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise a seasonal team and stay safe in winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule seasonal lift operators.
• Oversee daily lift operations with safety and guest service in mind.
• Perform pre-opening checks and ensure procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and mountain departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
