Job summary

Sugarloaf is seeking a Lift Operations Supervisor to oversee daily work of Lift Operators and Operators in Charge, with a focus on safety and on-hill problem solving. This is a full-time seasonal role with access to resort activities and a starting wage of $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a lift operator.
• Must be able to ski or ride, operate a snowmobile, and possess a valid driver's license.

Sugarloaf is looking for friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented team players to join our Lift Operations crew this winter as Lift Operations Supervisors. A Lift Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily work of our Lift Operators and Operators in Charge as well as assisting department management with various other on-hill and office responsibilities. The right candidate for this job will be safety conscious and will also be willing and able to be a creative problem solver on-hill as well as behind the scenes.

This full-time seasonal role comes with great job perks and access to resort activities. Starting wage is expected to be $20-23 per hour depending upon previous ski resort and team leader experience.
