Responsibilities

• Arrive on site ready to provide professional, friendly service
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain the removal process
• Lift, carry, and load items (75+ lbs) safely and efficiently
• Divert items for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Work closely with your teammate to complete jobs smoothly
• Communicate with the operations manager throughout the day
