1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring for a Summer Truck Team Member in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will perform junk removal, assist customers, and contribute to on-site sales while keeping safety and teamwork a priority.

This seasonal role offers flexible full-time or part-time options, weekly pay, and opportunities to learn recycling and donation processes, build customer relationships, and grow with a company known for its upbeat culture.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and passion for outstanding service.
• Sales-minded with ability to discuss pricing and needs.
• Strong collaboration to work in a small team.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Junk removal: lift, carry, and load items into the truck safely.
• Sort and recycle: decide whether to recycle, donate, or dispose.
• Site clean-up: leave job sites spotless after removal.
• Greet customers, explain services, and answer questions.
• Offer solutions tailored to customer needs and create added value.
• Identify and upsell additional services to boost revenue.
• Provide on-site cost estimates and explain pricing clearly.
• Promote services and encourage add-ons where applicable.
• Build rapport to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan and complete jobs efficiently.
• Maintain open communication with team and management.
