Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking a Truck Team Member to join North America’s largest junk removal service. You’ll perform physical tasks, assist customers, and engage in on-site sales to drive revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll lift and load items, help with sorting, recycling and donations, and work with teammates to complete jobs efficiently. Flexible full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs) safely.
• Customer Focus: A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Sales-Oriented Mindset: Confidence in discussing pricing and identifying customer needs to promote additional services.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to thrive in a small team environment.
• Driver's License: Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license (3 years clean driving record).
• Dependability: Punctuality and reliability are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Junk Removal: Lift, carry, and load items safely into the truck.
• Sorting and Recycling: Identify items for recycling, donation, or disposal.
• Site Clean-Up: Ensure the job site is spotless after removal.
• On-Site Sales: Provide cost estimates and explain pricing to customers.
• Upsell Services: Identify and recommend additional services to increase revenue.
• Close Deals: Build rapport to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Work with teammates to plan, execute, and complete jobs efficiently.
