Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Junk Removal Team Member in the United States. You will be out with a teammate, loading and removing items, and ensuring every customer has a great experience from start to finish.

This active, hands-on role involves moving items, providing friendly service, and building lasting customer relationships while contributing to a clean, clutter-free space for clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay active and perform physical work.
• Comfortable interacting with customers.
• Clean 3-year driving record and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Remove, carry, load, and transport unwanted items safely.
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Provide estimates and explain pricing to customers.
• Identify opportunities to suggest additional services.
• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
