Job summary

Sugarloaf is hiring a Product Support Agent for our Contact Center during the upcoming winter season. You will be the friendly voice helping guests plan their mountain getaway, resolve issues, and ensure they have everything they need for an unforgettable Sugarloaf adventure.

The role is full-time for the winter season, starting at $17.50–$18.50 per hour, with team perks and opportunities to contribute to guest memories on and off the slopes.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be eager to learn.
• Comfortable with computers and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
• Thrives on providing excellent customer service and building relationships.
• At least a high school degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest calls promptly and ensure guests feel heard and valued.
• Know our policies, products, services, promotions, and events to assist guests in planning Sugarloaf experiences.
• Resolve issues and turn questions into solutions while maintaining professionalism and respect.
