Job summary

Sugarloaf is seeking Parking Lot Attendants for the 2026-27 winter season to direct guests to parking areas and assist guests with gear, skis, and luggage. The roles are part-time and full-time, starting at an hourly wage of $15.50–$18.00 based on experience, with resort perks and discounts.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, directing parking, maintaining order, and helping with snow and trash removal while upholding a courteous attitude at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all interactions with guests and fellow employees.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as those are our busiest times.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at work promptly and on time.
• Direct guests and employees to appropriate parking locations.
• Maintain order in parking lots.
• Assist in snow and trash removal throughout the resort.
• Exhibit a professional, courteous, and friendly attitude at all times.
• Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor.
