Job summary

Abbott is seeking a 2027 Winter Co-op in Minnesota for a 6–8 month program, with hands-on projects across divisions such as Structural Heart, Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, Heart Failure, and Diagnostics. Eligible students must be enrolled in an accredited engineering program and able to work full-time on site.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher required.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) onsite during Co-op.
• US work authorization now and in the future required.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidates preferably juniors or above approaching graduation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6–8 month co-op program across Abbott divisions.
• Gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects and responsibilities that vary by team.
