Abbott is a global healthcare leader offering a 6–8 month Winter Co-op across multiple divisions in the US. As a participant, you will gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects that vary by team and function, while preparing for a future in engineering within a supportive, international company.

Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited engineering program (Systems, EE, CSE, Mechanical, Biomedical) with a 3.0 GPA or higher, and be able to work onsite full-time.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate engineering program in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) onsite during the Co-op session.
• Candidate must be able to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now and in the future.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate engineering program in the following:

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Candidate must be available to work full‑time (40 hours/week) onsite during the Co‑op session
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
• Students must be able to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now and in the future at any point in time
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal direct supervision

Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position is $16.85 – $33.75 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
